“How does work with Ulla Wolk look like?

Ulla Wolk doesn’t take photographs – she presents you with an experience.
From the beginning she photographs without a camera. I had a feeling, she is talking to me with all her senses – she watched me how I move, and also what I talk about. To catch the vibe, to get to know me.
Ulla is very warm, pleasant person, but really strict mostly to herself, when the quality of the photographs is concerned. Working with her is like working with a demanding director. She forms with her partner a special, loving but professional duo for organizing, preparing and photographing a beautiful experience.
We connected very quickly. While photographing she set strict professional rules, but then spontaneously she let me go in one moment, let me “play”, let me express my self.
It looks like she knows how to find all beautiful aspects of a woman – from grace, enchantment, playfulness and sensual appeal. Already looking at raw photographs, it is incredible, how she can catch the right moments and bring out the beauty of every woman.
The end result is the one that gives you a realization – yes, this is the photography that proves, that all the photos on your documents are just snapshots and brings out the fire, an idea that we can be really proud to be women.
